10mm thick PMMA and PC lenses
Cooling has long limited the production of thick optical components. Roctool’s technology enables single-shot molding of 10mm PMMA and PC lenses while reducing cycle times by up to 50%, helping manufacturers improve productivity for optical lenses, light guides, and automotive headlight applications.
