RTF™ at JEC – Press Release
Roctool will introduce Roctool Thermal Fusion (RTF™) at JEC World 2026 with live molding demonstrations. The technology enables in-mold consolidation and assembly of thermoplastic composite components, reducing part count and eliminating secondary operations while improving structural performance and surface quality for industrial manufacturing applications.

Roctool will present live demonstrations of thermoplastic composite molding at JEC World 2026 using its Roctool Thermal Fusion (RTF™) technology. Visitors can see how the process enables high-quality composite parts, faster cycles, and improved surface finish for advanced industrial applications.

Roctool Thermal Fusion will be demonstrated live at JEC World 2026, showcasing a new approach to processing thermoplastic composites. Using induction heating, the technology improves integration, production efficiency, and surface quality for manufacturers seeking scalable, high-performance composite manufacturing solutions.
RENEWABLE ENERGY
Roctool and the CEA are advancing composite photovoltaic panels using induction thermocompression technology. The result: lighter, durable solar modules compatible with high-temperature composite processing.
