📣Thank you ERREKA Medical, for sharing your experience working with us!
It’s been a pleasure collaborating with your team. Your insight and professionalism made the process smooth and productive, and we truly appreciate the partnership we’ve built.
🚀Looking forward to continued collaboration and future successes together!

At ERREKA Medical, we work with the latest production technologies to ensure successful projects.

We are using Roctool’s Heat & Cool induction molding technology to achieve high-quality replicas of parts for Lab-on-Chip microchannel structures. This technology is commonly used to create high-quality surface parts with a high-gloss finish. By injecting polymer into a mold above the polymer’s freezing temperature, we ensure low-stress surface replication, resulting in a perfect surface copy of the mold.

Top Advantages:
✅ No sink marks
✅ Precise surface replication
✅ Sophisticated textures
✅ High gloss
✅ Thin wall application & lightweighting
