Chairman of Roctool Board of Directors
After completing my mechanical engineering studies, I moved to Asia in the early 2000s. I joined Flex (formerly Flextronics) in 2006, holding several project development roles, and in 2010 led engineering at the company’s largest site (50,000 employees). I later headed the development center for new customer programs and technologies, deploying Roctool for key accounts including Amazon, Motorola, Dyson, and Apple.
In early 2020, I founded my own company to support an aerospace client. Since then, we have delivered double-digit growth and consolidated three production sites in Asia (Singapore, Zhuhai, and Shanghai).
Today, as Chairman of the Board, I am focused on accelerating this strategy internationally, especially in Europe, the United States, and Asia.

Petersen holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management and has over 20 years of executive experience in the global automotive industry. His understanding of international business, coupled with a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives, ensure he offers valuable insights and guidance in shaping organizational strategy and fostering growth.
