38% lower energy

6 August 2026

𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁. 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆.
A benchmark study comparing pressurized hot water heating with Roctool induction technology showed:
⚡ 38% lower energy consumption per cycle
• Pressurized hot water: 0.47 kWh/cycle
• Roctool: 0.29 kWh/cycle
𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀:
✔ Better part quality
✔ Improved mold replication
✔ Reduced visible defects
✔ Lower energy consumption
Benchmark conditions:
• Material: PC/ABS
• Mold surface temperature: 130°C
• Measurements taken after thermal equilibrium was reached
Actual results may vary depending on part geometry, material, mold design and process conditions.
With Roctool, Molding Matters.
