HIGH GLOSS CASING, NO PAINT OR FILM FOR DEKKO ELECTRICAL AND USB POWER PACKS

HOW IT ALL STARTED

Our client target was to produce sleek and stylish casing for their power packs, Ashley Duo and Ashley Trio designs.

The challenge was to higher the gloss, remove unsightly knit lines, surface defects and avoid needing to paint the parts.

MOLDING GLOSSY CASING

Roctool worked very closely with DEKKO throughout the entire project to ensure Roctool technology was applied in the best possible way. Polycarbonate was the material chosen to create a high end, glossy, plastic appearance without visible knit lines.

DIFFERENT COLOR OPTIONS

As these parts are used in a professional environment, our clients’ desire for different colors is quite apparent, depending on meeting rooms and certain decor.

Therefore, with this particular design and using Roctool technology, we were able to produce these parts in many different colors, when beforehand they were limited to only a few.
