IMTU 6 in Germany, was proudly held at our partner's establishment KIMW in Lüdenscheid, 2 days (July 7th & 8th) of Technical Presentations and Live Injection Molding demonstrations on 3 different molds with over 230 people present.2010-06-15In June
Plastivaloire signed its 4th license with RocTool and is using 3itech® in production.Plastivaloire is already mass-producing plastics parts in Tunisia, using the RocTool heat and cool induction technologies. In 2010, Plastivaloire will reach one million parts produced using RocTool technologies in the field of electronics. Please refer to the Press release for more information.

RocTool organized their third IMTU at the RocTool headquarters on October 27th 2009, introducing their new "HEAT AND COOL" technology 3iTech®, where the inductors are inside the mold."Ours thanks are extended to the 220 people from various countries who participated in RocTool's IMTU 3, conference and live demonstrations."
The IMTU format is quite dynamic, with the technical conferences in the morning, and live demonstrations in the afternoon.

2009-04-17RocTool was present at the FAKUMA trade fair in October 2009 held in Friedrichshafen, Germany.
Live demonstrations of Plastic Injection parts, produced with and without induction were held hourly. Many visitors attended the demonstration which were highlighting all the advantages of using the RocTool technologies for plastic injection, such as: surface quality, pressure reduction, increase of the flow length, thickness reduction etc... 2009-03-24Production licence agreement signed with Dedienne Multiplasturgy Group
In 2007 DEDIENNE MULTIPLASTURGY® Group was the first French company to sign a development license for the Roc Tool Cage System® process for mould induction heating. Following this, the Group has decided to exercise its option to convert this to a production license lasting 7 years with two aspects:A first license for closed mould stamping and RTM processes. The immediate objectives are to pursue developments around the new generations of thermoplastic resin based composites. This will be done on the pilot installation based in DEDIENNE Composites and to be able to engage in industrial projects of medium and large volume.
A second license concentrates on plastic injection; it will allow firstly the development of new applications from the Group pilot installation, which is in the process of taking place, and to move thus to the large volume production phase.

2008-04-01RocTool grants a 3 years Cage System® license to CROMEP (Ecole des Mines d'Albi - France)
This exclusive development license is valid for university research in France and for aerospace applications. The main purpose of this agreement is for CROMEP to investigate and demonstrate that the Cage System® technology, a mould surface heating technology by induction, can reduce production cycle times for thermoset and thermoplastic moulding, especially for aerospace applications. 2007-10-05Dedienne Plasturgie and RocTool – First Cage System® licence in France
The Group Dedienne Plasturgie and the company RocTool have signed a licence agreement for the Cage System® procedure, the moulding technology by induction.The two companies agreed on a phase of industrial development before the use of the technology in production for commercial applications. The developments will be done in the injection fields, RTM and thermo compression of Thermoplastic composites.
The principal markets concerned are transport, aircraft industries and sports and leisure.
RocTool, a company who specialises in innovative moulding technologies propose development and production licenses. The main technology is the Cage System®, which heats the tool surface by induction.
After several licences in North America, Europe and Asia, this license agreement with the Group Dedienne Plasturgie is the first licence in France.
The Group Dedienne Plasturgie specialises in manufacturing of technical plastic and cosmetic parts of small and very large amounts primarily for the aircraft industries, automotive, electric, electronic, defence, luxury, medical and telecommunications, in particular using high performance polymers, for which Dedienne Plasturgie constitutes to be one of the very first European specialists.
Chairman and Managing Director of Dedienne Plasturgie says "This agreement develops Multiplasturgy® towards new applications and consolidates its strategy of innovation while reinforcing its technology package to transform composite materials and high performance polymers".

2007-02-065th International Symposium - Composites RTM 2007
RocTool presented the Cage System® for RTM at the 5th International Symposium - Composites RTM 2007, held at the "Pôle de Plasturgie de l'Est" (PPE), in Saint-Avold, France on February 6 and 7, 2007.This major event for RTM and composites specialists gathered material providers, machine providers and different manufacturers. RocTool showed a demonstration of the Cage System® technology (Thermoplastic Thermocompression) and Mr Guichard (CEO) presented the adaptation of Cage System® for the RTM process and its different advantages. RTM is one of the top priority in 2007 for RocTool.
