and know-how to companies wanting to use a
RocTool
technology for their production.
The
license cost is mainly based on the contract duration, the
market / niche and the conditions (exclusivity,
royalties,
sub licensing…)

Companies
wishing to validate the technology on an
exclusive
basis for their application, process or market can buy
a license reservation for a limited time. This option is a
way
of securing the technology the time it takes to finish
the
prototype and then a decision for the license agreement can
be made at the end of this procedure.
The
limited license fee is deductible from the final cost of the
license.
